I get a fair few enquiries for re-frets that, on closer inspection, turn out to be guitars that really only need the frets levelling and then a dress and polish.
What may look like serious divots in the frets – you know, at the “cowboy chord” end usually – can often be filed away when levelling all the frets. And of course, it’s not as expensive to have your frets levelled, dressed and polished!
